Happy New Year 2019! ... We were somewhere over the Pacific Ocean when it happened. Literally, I am writing this blog on our return flight from Chicago, which left the USA at 730pm on the 30th of December 2018. Because we will soon cross the international dateline, it will mean that the 31st will not exist for us.
